This product ships via freight carrier and includes scheduled curbside delivery with liftgate service. 

Your sauna will be delivered to the nearest freight terminal and the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. 

The unit will be unloaded at the curb or driveway; placement beyond this point is not included.

Customers are responsible for moving the product to its final location and should be available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery.
