Shipping timelines, freight delivery methods, and requirements may vary depending on the manufacturer and product ordered.

Order Confirmation As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Order Shipment If your item is in stock, your order will ship within five business days from the date of your purchase. Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@pulseandposture.com.

Made-to-Order and Freight Items
Some products are built to order and ship by freight carrier. These do not follow the standard 8-10 business day timeline, and some carry a freight charge that is shown at checkout before you pay.
Made-to-order indoor and custom saunas — the Carbon Smart cabins (1-Person, Standard, Duo, Family) and the Forge, Haven, Summit and Sanctum custom sauna rooms — are built for your space after you order. Estimated lead time is 8-12 weeks from order confirmation. Curbside freight on these is about $950 (flat, continental US) and is calculated at checkout. Shipping is not free on these models.
Finnish barrel saunas (Helsinki, Tampere, Turku and Vassa) include free curbside freight delivery to the continental US.
Freight deliveries are curbside and scheduled with you in advance. The carrier brings the item to the curb; moving it beyond that point, and any assembly, is the customer's responsibility unless the product page states otherwise. Where a product page gives a delivery cost or timeline, that product page is the accurate source for that item.
