Returns & Exchanges
At Pulse and Posture, we understand that things don't always go as planned. That’s why we aim to make our return and exchange process as straightforward as possible.
Policy Summary
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- We do not charge a restocking fee
- Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, email support@pulseandposture.com
Our team will:
- Confirm eligibility
- Issue an RMA number
- Provide return instructions
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include photos
We will resolve the issue at no cost to you
Shipping Damage Timeframes
- Freight shipments: report within 48 hours
- UPS/FedEx: report within 15 days
Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipment will be refunded within 7 days
- If already shipped, the order can be returned once received
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7 days
- Funds are returned to your original payment method
Return Scenarios
Our Error (wrong or defective item):
We’ll cover all costs and send a replacement if needed.
Customer-Initiated Return:
We will provide a return label, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and initiating a return for the original item (if eligible).
