About Us

Pulse and Posture is a small, owner-run online store. I'm Andrew, and I'm the one who answers the phone.

We sell massage chairs, lift chairs, red light therapy and a portable infrared sauna for the home. We're an authorized dealer for Nouhaus and the other brands we carry.

These are big purchases, and most people have questions first. Will it fit through my door? Does it need a special outlet? What happens on delivery day? Ask us. We'd rather you buy the right thing once than the wrong thing fast.

How we run the store

• Real prices. No fake "was" prices, and a sale only when the brand has approved it.
• Straight answers. If something isn't a good fit for you, we'll tell you.
• Product facts come from the manufacturer. If we're not sure, we check before we answer.
• We treat people the way we'd want to be treated. That's the whole policy.
