Most lift chairs look like lift chairs. The Madison looks like a traditional leather armchair, with a tufted back, rolled arms and nailhead trim. Underneath, it helps you stand and lays you all the way flat. It's the one we'd put in a living room that has to look nice. Made by Catnapper, model 4891.

Delivery

Usually ships within 2 days. Nationwide front-door delivery is $289, shown at checkout before you pay. It arrives at your front door in the original box. You carry it in and unpack it, and it weighs about 127 lbs, so plan on two people.

30-day returns

Return it within 30 days. Email support@pulseandposture.com to start a return. If a return involves any cost, we quote it in writing before you send anything back.

Warranty

Catnapper manufacturer warranty: lifetime on the frame, springs and mechanism. 5 years on the cushions. 3 years on the motors. 1 year on everything else. After the first year, labor is on the owner. Start a claim with us at support@pulseandposture.com and we'll handle it with the maker.
