Before purchasing, you should ensure that your installation area can comfortably accommodate the sauna's assembled dimensions of approximately 48" L × 40" W × 75" H. Additional clearance around the unit is recommended to allow for assembly, ventilation, and maintenance access.

This sauna requires a dedicated 120V, 20A electrical circuit with a 20A outlet and breaker. Because this is not the same as a standard 15A household outlet, it is recommended that you verify your electrical setup or consult a licensed electrician before ordering.

Assembly is required upon delivery. The sauna ships as a modular kit and is designed for home assembly, but due to the size and weight of the components, having at least two adults available during installation is recommended. Assembly is generally straightforward when the components are organized before setup.

The assembled sauna weighs approximately 271.5 lbs, so the installation surface should be level, stable, and capable of supporting the sauna and its occupants.

This sauna ships in two separate boxes, and the packages may arrive at different times depending on the carrier's routing schedule. The hardware and screw kit are included in Box 2.

The sauna is packaged using protective materials designed to help prevent damage during transit. Components are shipped flat-packed for easier transportation and assembly upon arrival.
