What’s the difference between the FullGlow 180 Mat and the FullGlow 360 Bag?

The 180 Mat is a flat surface you lie on, ideal for back, leg, and full-body recovery while relaxing. The 360 Bag wraps around your entire body for more immersive coverage. Both deliver the same 660nm + 850nm wavelengths.

How long should each session be?

The supplier recommends 30-minute sessions, 3–4 times per week. The controller lets you set the timer from 10 to 90 minutes in 10-minute increments. Do not exceed 30 minutes in a single session.

What modes does it have?

Three modes: full light (constant), 10Hz pulse, and 40Hz pulse. The pulse modes are designed for heat-sensitive users. The supplier recommends starting at P3 brightness and adjusting based on comfort.

Can I use this with my sauna or cold plunge routine?

Yes — red light therapy pairs well with contrast therapy. Use it before a sauna session to warm up tissue, or after a cold plunge to support recovery.

Is it safe for daily use?

Most users use it 3–4 times per week. Not intended for use by children or pregnant women. If you have a medical condition or take photosensitizing medications, consult your healthcare provider before use. Do not stare directly at the light and do not use while sleeping.

Does it require installation?

No. Lay it flat on a dry, smooth surface, connect the controller, plug in the adaptor, and you’re ready. Do not use a power bank — it will reduce power and light intensity.

How do I clean it?

Turn off and unplug before cleaning. Wipe gently with a dry towel only. Do not immerse in water — this device is not waterproof.
