The Flex Lie Down is a portable tent-style sauna. You lie inside with your head resting outside the opening, then fold it away when you're done.

What it does

It uses Relax's far-infrared heating with a reflective mat underneath you. Infrared warms you directly instead of heating the air first. Most sessions run 20 to 40 minutes.

Lie down or sit up

If you'd rather stretch out than sit upright, this is the one. The Silver Elite and Black Pro are seated tents. The Flex is for people who want to lie flat for their session.

Before you order

  • It's a lie-down tent sauna, not a wood cabin. Your body goes inside, with your head outside the opening.
  • It plugs into a standard electrical outlet. No special wiring or installation.
  • You'll need floor space to lie down fully.
  • If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or are sensitive to heat, talk to your doctor first.
  • Current stock has the older Relax logo on the tent. A new logo is coming, and it's the same technology either way.

It ships from our fulfillment partner, Relax Far Infrared Saunas. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation, and you'll get a tracking number once it ships. Standard shipping is free.
